Returns & Refunds

All items are final sale. Please choose your artwork carefully, as we print work to order and we do not accept returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any item, except in the case of damaged work.

Duties & Fees

Please note that orders will be shipping from the USA and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, customs fees, and/or legally required local taxes required by law in your delivery region. These import duties and taxes vary by jurisdiction and may be calculated by your local government customs agency. The customer is solely responsible for paying all import duties and customs fees that may be required to receive and/or sign for the package upon delivery. If you order items shipped to a location where local import duties and fees are required by law, please calculate them based on your location, with the artwork shipping from the United States.  Returns will not be accepted in any case of a customer refusing to pay legally required customs fees and import duties. 

Damaged Artwork

If you notice damage upon unpacking your order from FarshchianART, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If we find that the order was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the work to the best of our ability. In the event that we are unable to replace the work, we may arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and the corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable). All works shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity must be returned with the certificate in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. 

Missing Artwork

Some items may ship separately from other items in your order. Please wait to receive all items before contacting our returns department. If you have not received a package from your order as expected, please use the tracking number and contact the carrier. If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping period and believe it to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will confirm all missing packages with the carrier before issuing a refund or replacement.
